Another year of Raccoons 🦝

Morning everyone, 

Today is going to be in the 70s, last night in the high 40s. 

We had a visitor for a few nights eating cat food and drinking 

from the cat water bowl. Bad mess to clean up.

I did not think that Raccoons would eat your plants, but he has 

been turning over pots and eating my succulent ground covers that 

I had planted. They were not cheap, so have to wait to see them 

grow back next year.

🪻 Happy Birthday to ME (late)🤣🪻

Hello everyone, 

So, I forgot to post for April, so it is a late birthday wish. I did have a nice 

birthday in April. Now it is May, and I am still waiting for spring (cold and freezing)

 to end, and summer (hot and sunny) to start. The weather this spring is crazy; 

last night and more nights ahead are frost or freeze warnings almost every day 

now. I think most of my bulbs have been hit with so many frosts this year, not 

sure if they will flower at all. 

I still have a pair of doves that need a home. Hoping this summer, they will find it.

🌷 What is up? 🪻 It's Springtime🌹

Hi to everyone, 

So not doing much, very unsettled weather this spring, but that is normal for springtime, rainstorms, windstorms, snow/sleet, you name it, and it will hit in spring. Once we are past that, it is summertime, and all will be complaining about the "hot weather".

So let the rain and all fall for now, to enjoy all the flowers this summer. 

I do have daffodils blooming and buds all over. 🌻🌷

🎂 Happy Birthday Vince🎂🥳💐

Hello to all, 

Yesterday we had pork roast for supper, and German chocolate cake 

for dessert. 

It was Vince's birthday. It was a good day. I put one candle on the cake, 

so he could make a wish and blow it out. 😍

Today, it snowed just enough to cover the shed top and some grass. 

It is melting off really fast now. 

Really warm days are coming this week, can't wait.

The gout on my foot is getting better; most of the pain is gone now, but 

the swelling will not go away. Guess it needs more time to heal.
